He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schweickert and Mary Schweickert; his siblings, Vera and Walter; and his daughter-in-law Pam Schweickert.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rose Schweickert (Maher); his children, Mary Hagan (Tom), Joe Schweickert (Jeannie), Ed Schweickert (Angie), Beth Beham (Joe), John Schweickert (Tammy) and Sue McDonald (Loren); his sister Betty Fischer; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Speweik, Katie Maher, Carolee Maher and Sophie Hawks. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
