He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carroll and Ruth Carroll; and his brothers, Ricky, Gary and Kevin Carroll.

He is survived by: his wife Sabitas "Sally" Carroll; his children, Alicia, Carolyn, Ken, Crystal, Linda and David; and his brother Dave Carroll (Jan). He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.

Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH at 1:00 p. m. (For the safety of the Carroll family and their guests, masks are required with social distancing).

Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the Toledo Humane Society.
