He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl and Jean B. Nodine (McMahon). He is survived by: his sons, Shane and Jesse Nodine; his grandchildren, Rylee, Nick and Jamie; and his brother Dave Nodine (Teri). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
