He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Ragland and Eura Mae Ragland. He is survived by: his son Dartanyon Ragland; his brothers, William Ragland, Harold Lewis Jr. and Marty Ragland; his wife Lynda Jo Ragland; his children, Windee Ragland, William Ragland (Amanda), Lawrence Ragland (JaNay), Sasha Wilson, Kevin King and Durerico King; his nephew Tyrone Mitchell; and his siblings, Katherine Stokes, Shirley Finley, Jeffery Ragland and Wesley Bibbs. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 1 great grand-daughter.
