He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesico Smith and Pearline Brown; his brothers, Clarence Smith and Curtis Smith; his daughters, Candice Bell (Marshal) of Toledo, OH and Jaleesa Smith of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Alexis Rivers, Justin Wiggins, Marshal Bell Jr. and Zaire Smith-Jackson.

He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Phenix; his siblings, Richard Smith of Lewisville Arkansas, Berdia Mae Gulley of Dallas, TX, Margie Smith of Stamps, AR, Martha Townsend of Little Rock, AR and Bonus; his daughter Alicia Early; his goddaughter Hea; his niece Angelica Jackson; and his close friend Regina Henry.
