She was predeceased by: her father Fletcher Douglas. She is survived by: her mother Mary Elizabeth Douglas (Bond); her children, Dawn N. Graves (Lonnie Sr.), Fletcher D. Douglas, Heather L. Adamczyk (Christopher Sr.), Justin L. Douglas, Melody J. Mitchell, Melissa S. Smith (Montrese) and Don Calvin Williams II; and her husband Samih H. Al-Jamal. She is also survived by Mom leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
