He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline King and Phillip King; and his brother Dr. Nelson King. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Errington King; and his son Lowell Arthur King.

Memorial donations are suggested to St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Toledo.
