She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Moore Sr. and Magnolia Gwin Moore; her son Herman Stokes III; her grandchild Stacy Blunt (Stokes); her husband Cletus "Phez" J. Townsley; her sibling Mothers; her children, Stacy Blunt (Gary) and Cletus M. Townsley; her siblings, Frank Moore Jr., Keith Moore (Sheila), Anita Moore, Rhonda Moore and Regina Howard; and her grandchildren, Chauncey Stokes, Stephen Blunt Sr., Shellie Freelon, Julian Townsley and Bass. She was also cherished by other loving relatives, spiritual children and many kind friends.
