She was predeceased by: her mother Blanche Gilmore Wilson (Ed); and her stepbrothers, Ray and Sonny. She is survived by: her husband Besides; her cousins, Robert Hunt (Gladys) of Claysville, PA. and Clyde Gilmore of Claysville, PA.; and her friends, Marilyn and Joyce. She is also survived by daughters, and granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made out to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
