She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Merrill and Jay Merrill; her brothers, Kenneth J. Merrill, Sidney Ira Merrill, Woodrow W. Merrill and Raymond K. Merrill; and her children, John Craig Voit and Ardith Marie Hess.
She is survived by: her former husband John J. Voit; her husband Paul R. Elkins; her daughter Susan Krumm (William); her grandchildren, Robert Voit (Tracy), Shannon Voit (Sheila), Dawn Wellman (Jeff), Angelique Bowe (Joey), John Hess and Phillip Krumm (Corazon Britton); and her niece Joyce Merrill Church. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 3 and a half great-great grandchildren.
Due to Covid restrictions there will be a service only, held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 1100 a. m. at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home, 1355 W. Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio.
