He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Watkins and Dorthy Raglin; and his siblings, John Henry Watkins Jr., Jimmy Watkins, Noel Turner and Doddie Lyn Turner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wyanda Watkins of Toledo, Michelle Young (WT) of Toledo, Marqule Ware (Marshel) of Toledo and Lashondria Stitt of Las Vegas; his brother David Turner of San Francisco; and his aunt Wilma Raglin of Mansfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
