She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Smith and Eileen Smith (Kesler). She is survived by : her sons, Timothy Milligan (Katrina) and Joshua Starkey (Christine); her stepchildren, Thomas, David (Jenifer), Kimberly and Patricia; her siblings, Scott Smith, Kathy Ziegler (Steven) and Clinton Smith (Camille); and her stepmother Lois Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
