She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Horne and Rita Horne (Mauter); her brothers, Paul, Pat and Jack Horne; her sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Scott and Patricia Moline; and her nieces, Lauren and Mallory.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Moline; her children, Kirste (Lee Freeman), Tara, Mary and Phillip (Katie Bibish); her grandchildren, Aliyah, Owen and Evan; and her siblings, Mike (Jeanne), Tim (Pam), Chris (Denise), Larry Horne and Mary Beth Shoemaker (Denny).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of NW Ohio, Central Catholic High School, or Children's Theatre Workshop.
