Melinda Tulak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Tulak of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jobuck and Judith Jobuck (Rahe); and her husband Douglas Tulak Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Jr., Doug Tulak (Alison) of Charlotte and Edward Tulak of Toledo; her sisters, Micki Thornton (Mike) of Corydon and Michelle Barkowiak (Mark) of Toledo; and her siblings' children, Kate Bartkowiak (Jessica), Eric Bartkowiak, Andrew Bartkowiak, Andrea Potts (Mike), Chelsea Thornton and Jennifer Culliford. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Tulak Sr., her father Edward Jobuck, and her mother Judith (Rahe) Jobuck. Due to the pandemic, a service is not currently planned; however, one will be held at a later date.
