She is survived by: her children, Gwyonder Perryman of Reno, Nevada and Keith Polk of Toledo, Ohio; her sister Lillie Mae Atkin of Harlem; her goddaughter Charmin Rhodes of Omaha, Nebraska; her cousin Lois Avery of Detroit, Michigan; and her close friends, Martha Tucker, Jackie Walker, Cliffie Hunter and Robbie J.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
