He is survived by: his parents, Alex Fern and Carrie Fern (Axe); his grandparents, Kathleen Axe, Bryan Fern and Cheryl White; and his great-grandparents, Barbara Axe, Harold and Elaine Fern. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
