It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nichole Diane Hooper (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on September 18, 2018, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Jordon Bartlett and Abby Bartlett; and her sisters, Jamie Hooper, Sophia Hooper and Tristan Hooper.
