She is survived by: her children, Uriah Horn Jr., Johnny Horn (Carolyn), Kenneth Taylor and Wanda Horn of Toledo, OH.; her stepdaughters, Anna Yvonne Robinson of Gary, IN and Veora Brown; her sister Lee Dorothy Ellis of Toledo, OH; and her sister-in-law Sandra Robinson. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
