She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Carey and Florence Carey (Morgan); her son Daniel Cook; her brother Tom Carey; and her sister-in-law Joanne Beavers.

She is survived by: her former spouse Bernie Cook; her children, Dr. Michael Cook (Kathy), Jean Glinka (Val) and David Cook (Donna); her former husband Don Schuman; her husband Roy Fulwider; her son Mike Cook (Kathy); her grandchildren, Aaron Cook, Daniel Cook, Kiley Marable (Hartwell), Nathan Cook, Jackie Glinka, Megan Spangler (Ronnie), Melissa Cook (Amber) and Sarah Roytek; her great grandchildren, Eloise, Madalyn Spangler, Lillian and Gavin Roytek; her sisters, Mary Carey and Michelle Kistenmacher; her sisters-in-law, Millie Carey and Bonnie Cook; her great-nephew Matthew Beals; her sister Jordan; and her friend Arthur Sussman. She is also survived by cousins; friends.
