Patrick J. Hammer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2021, at the age of 53, Patrick J. Hammer of Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hammer; and his sister Joanne Hammer. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hammer (Watson); his siblings, Ruthann Hammer (John), Caroline Hammer, Lori Finn (Bill), Ralph Hammer and Mike Hammer (Wendy); his children, Robbie Hall, James Hammer (Kaylynn) and Jessica Reau (Jesse); and his grandchildren, Jade Hall, Michael and Miah Hammer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 3 – 7:00 p. m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 7:00 p. m. in the funeral home. (For the safety of the Hammer family and their guests, masks are required with social distancing).
