He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Richard A., Jr. (Maria V.); his daughter-in-law Ann Elizabeth Hamilton (Davis); his son Thomas G. Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Andrew P. Hamilton, Sophia I. Hamilton and Katherine E. Hamilton.
