It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita C Hayes (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecelia and Joseph; her husband William; her son Eugene; and her sisters, Regina Janowiecki and Margarget Mossing.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Flynn (Terrence), Judith Patitucci (Joe), Michelle Bauer, Marcia Rubini (Mark) and Rita Yoder (Jake). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a viewing (masks required) will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Gesu Catholic Church, Parkside Blvd, at 10:00 a. m., one hour prior to an 11:00 a. m. funeral mass.
