He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Louy and Mabel Louy; his stepmother Helen; and his great grandchild Kurt Kohn. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Potter (James), Joyce Weber (John), Robert Louy, Jr. (Cindy), Donna Hall (Jerry) and Jean Lusher (Mike). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty eight great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
