He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Ramirez; his sister Lupita Ramirez-Anaverde (Delmido); his brother-in-law Eddie Orozco; and his niece Mary Jane Anaverde. He is survived by: his wife Aurora Ramirez; his children, Roy Ramirez, Rudy Jr., Linda Ramirez, Alicia Klett (Scott), Alejandro Ramirez and Zulema Ramirez-Leonard; and his siblings, Remigio Ramirez (Martha), Victor Ramirez (Carmen), Ninfa Orozco and Mela Garcia (Iggy). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
