He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paul and Helen Prucnal (Tesznar); his siblings, Virginia "Ginny" Munch and Daniel, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Casimir and Clementine Ostrowski; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Ostrowski and Christine Ostrowski.
He is survived by: his significant other Suzanne Ostrowski; his daughters, Leslie Tansey (Mark), Trina Felber (Josh), Valerie Brown (Gregg), Adriann Finkler (Phillip) and Libby Sorosiak (Brandon); his grandchildren, Nicole, Heidi, Sara (Nate), Jacob, Logan, Lilly, Caleb, Owen, Mia, Cash, Roman, Brock and Reese; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Prucnal, Francine Ostrowski and Norman Ostrowski.
