She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Galicki and Angeline Galicki; her brother Leonard Galicki; and her granddaughter Faith. She is survived by: her children, Gary Lewandowski (Cindy), Brian Lewandowski (Angela), Lisa Suing (Robert), Scott Lewandowski and Derek Lewandowski (Jodi). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
