He is survived by: his parents, Rudy Bays of Toledo and Francisca Bailey (Gonzales); his adoptive father William Bailey; his sisters, Guadalupe Bailey of Toledo and Faith Bays of Toledo; his fiancé Tori Cluckey of Toledo; his grandmother Pearl Henry of Toledo; and his uncle Edilberto Gonzales.
