He is survived by: his wife Sandra Babiuch (Webster); his children, Melissa Carros (Thomas), Mary Naus (Nigel), Gregory Stentz and Ernest Babiuch (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Justin, Beth, Chance, Erica, Julian, Hannah and Leon; his great grandchildren, Zayden and Onnalicia; his mother Jacqueline Babiuch (Smally); and his siblings, Tom, Jimmy, LeAnne Hopricht (John) and Shirley Hall.
Memorial contributions may be made in Russell's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
