He is survived by: his sibling Alha Phi Alpha Fraternity; his wife Annette; his children, Leon Hannibal (Jackie) of Toledo, Gregory Hannibal of Toledo, Jamaal Hannibal of Toledo and Lorraine Walker; and his sister Bedalia Truttling (Clarence) of Gary, IN. He is also survived by his parents, two brothers, and four sisters.
