She was predeceased by: her father John B. Belcher, Sr.; her brother Victor K. Belcher; and her granddaughter Mariah Moore. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Jennings (Curtis), Arianne Hawkins (Clyde) and William Moore; her grandchildren, Ivorie, Khortnie, Cameryn, Camarie, Skye and Jayden; her mother Dorothy Belcher; and her siblings, Thomas Belcher (Shirley), Jonathon Belcher (Roxanne), Michael Belcher and Chad Belcher (Laura). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
