She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred E. Flory and Donna H. Flory (Rhodes); and her husband Kenneth C. Tibbits. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Zuver (Michael) of Swanton, Ohio and David Williams of Toledo; her grandchildren, Shelly Steele and Chad Zuver; her great grandchild Cody Steele; and her brother Robert Flory (Lois) of Bryan.

Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, the family will receive friends while observing social distancing precautions.

The family requests memorial donations to Jimmy Swaggert Ministries.
