He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sr. Mylek and Martha Mylek (Andryczyski); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Mylek and Kevin Mylek (Kristy); his grandchildren, Brandon Shortridge (Kristen), Caleb Mylek (Emily), Melody Dewalt (Ian), Kamerion and Kory Mylek; and also Bev Mylek (Fuller). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Westgate Chapel or The Hickman Center.
