He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Branden Scanes, Holly Scanes (Kenny), Melissa Shuster (Joshua) and Lindsay Jones; his grandchildren, Angel, Arianna, Kayden Shuster, Ryan, Leylah of Araujo, Eric and Joselynn Jones; his stepgrandchildren, Deryck (Heather Floyd) of Araujo and Kyle (Kate) of Araujo; his great grandchild Wyatt of Araujo; and his siblings, Sheila Reetz (Terry), David Scanes (Marcia), Jo Ella Burtscher (Robert), Debra Jo Scanes and Greg Scanes.
