With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Marie Zolciak of Toledo, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Orwig and Catherine Orwig (Smith); her siblings, Duane and Janice; and her grandchildren, Kayla and Dylan.

She is survived by: her husband Dale Zolciak; her daughters, Jennifer Zolciak, April Alvermann (Gary) and Angela Zolciak; and her siblings, Doug and Luann. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
