She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Rybak and Maeola Rybak (Greer); her husband Edward Johnson; her daughter Cynthia Johnson; and her siblings, Chuck, Patsey and Sandra.

She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn (Louis), Janet, Kathleen (Roy), Tamara (John) and Jim (Penny); and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Johnson, Ellen Johnson and Ed Guyton. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Those wishing to make a Memorial Contribution in Theresa's memory are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
