We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2021, at the age of 90, Theresa Rose Smith of Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Zak and Laura Zak (Wysocki); her husband Donald Smith; her children, Laurene Perzynski (Steve), Lynn Lefevre, Donna Glonek (Michael), Beth Hunter (Dave) and JoAnn Hafner (Tim); and her siblings, Christine Wiezbenski and Ronald (Veronica).
