With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Michael Hage of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Hage and Al Hage; his siblings, John, Mary Lou and Chuck (Elisa Huss-Hage); and his nieces, Emily (Justin) and Julia Hage-Welsh (Brandon).
Family visitation and a memorial celebration will be planned as Covid 19 restrictions allow in the future.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider a donation to the Southview High School Band Boosters, Humane Ohio, the Anne Grady Center or to a charity of your choice.
