He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Tom and Francina Franklin Moore. He is survived by: his sisters, Crystal Claytor of Mesa, AZ, Dorothy Moore of Cleveland, Deborah Croff of Warren and Rhonda Franklin of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by aunts, relatives and friends.
