He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail, Emma and Molly; his mother Linda Kalucki (Glase); his siblings, Thomas Kalucki (Becky) and Jennifer Krispin (Jimmy); his nieces and nephews, Megan Schnell, Brad Kalucki (Sydney), Aaron Hubay, Jack Hubay and Lindsey Hubay; and his pet Piper.
