He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Howard and Virginia Sandlin (Dracz); his sister Glenda A. Sandlin; and his parents-in-law, Dick and Mary Ann Young.
He is survived by: his brothers, Phoenix Lumber and Buckeye Vending; his wife Joan Sandlin (Young); his children, Amy Rhodes (Dan) and Timothy Charles Sandlin Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, McKenzie Leigh Roberts (Kyle), Bayley Jordon Rhodes, Charles Glenn Sandlin and Cameron Jon Sandlin; his brothers, Tom (Sandy D.), Terry (Sandy A.) and Tedd Sandlin; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Kennedy (Greg), Darlene Pilewski (Jerry), Laurie Schnell (Ron), Jackie Young (Jeff Franklin), Steve (Denise) and Larry Young (Mary Beth). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; and special friends.
