It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Penn (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Funk and Maybell Funk (Blake); her brothers, Duane "Butch" Funk and Alvin "Dutch" Funk; and her half-siblings, Eugene "Dude" Beaudoin and Betty Hartson.

She is survived by: her husband Luckey Penn; her children, Paula Antoine (Alan) and Paul Penn; and her half-brother Franklin "Frank" Bodway.
