He is survived by: his children, David Pakulski (Dorothy), Steven Pakulski and Ann Marie Burdick (Fred); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Alex, Krista Burdick, Michael, Jessica Isacs, Julie, Kyle, Connor, Logan, Liam, Aubrey McGuire, Jacob, Brooke, Zachary Scally and Claire Pakulski.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Saints Adalbert and Hedwig Catholic Church.
