He is survived by: his wife Donna Rowlands Loy; his sister Patricia Loy of Cleveland; and his children, Jim Loy (Kim Knoernschild) of Clinton, Tennessee, Jack Loy (Beth) of Sylvania, Ohio, Jill Netter (Garry) of Ottawa Hills, Ohio and Jenny Welch (John) of Fort Worth, Texas.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and adored his 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to charity of choice, or Mullett Lake Area Preservation Society.
