He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Nicodemus and Tina Nicodemus (Foster); and his sister Virginia Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Nicodemus (Wagoner); his children, Jeanine and Dave; his grandchildren, Daniel Nicodemus and Carly; his great grandchildren, Hayden Nicodemus and Christian Russell; and also Frank.
