With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Madelaine Jo Guin of Trenton, Ohio, born in Uhrichsville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mercedes O'Guin and Walter O'Guin. She is survived by: her sisters, Gwendolyn O'Guin and Rondolyn O'Guin; her children, Brandon Green (Amy), Brian Green (Hella) and Lara Johnson (Brent); her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Amanda, Roman and Alex; her former husband Herb Green; and her daughter First Communion.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center.
