He was predeceased by : his parents, Adolph Butterbaugh and Georgenia Butterbaugh (Nunley). He is survived by : his siblings, Lora Ford and Brian; his sister-in-law Cindy Butterbaugh; his niece Kate Thomas (Shannon); his nephews, Derrick Ford (Sarah), Nathan Ford and Scott Butterbaugh (Allison); and his great-nephews, Zach and Chase Ford. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
