He was loved and cherished by many people including : his sisters, Betty Hooten and Arbutus (Hudnall); his wife Connie Lou Perry (Moody); his parents, Everette Ervin Hooton and Octava Ellen Adkins; and his children, Everette Dwayne Hooten, Fred M Perry (Liz), James Darrin Hooten (Tamara), Kathryn Ann McLaughlin (Gary), Michele Renee Bates (William) and Lisa Renee Perry Carlton. He was also cherished by 23 great-grandchildren, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with family members and friends.
