He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Small and Ethel Small (Long); his wife Victoria Small (Crabtree); and his siblings, Junior, Donny, Gene, Bill and Phyllis.
He is survived by : his children, Tony Small (Denise) of Troy, Steve Small of Troy and Beth Brown (Mitch) of Gratis, OH; his grandchildren, Derrick, Sarabeth, Kearsten, Zane, Ashton, Lexi and Justin; his great grandchild Emma; and his sister Shirley Zavala of Troy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 20th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home (1124 W Main St, Troy, OH 45373). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 20th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 20th 2021 at the Riverside Cemetery (101 Riverside Dr, Troy, OH 45373).
