He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Samantha; his children, Anthony J. Jr., Eleanor Coletta and Evelyn Lucille; his parents, John F. Jr. Macko and Patricia M. Macko; and his siblings, Michael Christopher Macko (Sommer) and Kathleen Mary Phillips (Christopher).

Friends received at the ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (RT 306), CHAGRIN FALLS, 44023 (2. 5 MILES NORTH OF RT. 422), THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10 FROM 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 P. M. where wearing of masks and social distancing will be observed.
