He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Colwell and Hazel Colwell (Williams); and his parents-in-law, Donald and Emily White. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Kent and Kristin; his son-in-law Jeffrey Shupe; his grandchildren, Cole, JJ and Hope; his sister Barbara Ehrie; his siblings-in-law, Karen and Larry Max; and his pet Tibbie'. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
